Bodywork: All our body panels and components, including bumpers, wings, doors, tailgates, bonnets and boot lids, may have minor scratches, scuffs and imperfections resulting from normal use.

ECUs: These are sensitive electronic components that must be handled and programmed by qualified professionals using the appropriate tools. Improper handling may render the ECU unusable; therefore, we do not accept returns for this type of product.

To consider a claim, we require proof that the work was carried out at an authorised workshop equipped with the necessary tools.

Upon delivery, check the condition of the packaging for any visible damage. If the parcel is damaged, you have two options:

Accept the delivery, write “Parcel damaged” on the delivery receipt, and immediately inspect the product for any damage.

DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING.

It is required as evidence.

In either case, you must contact us within 24 hours.

DESGUACES VELÁZQUEZ will not be responsible for damage incurred during transport if the customer fails to note the damaged parcel on the carrier’s delivery receipt or does not follow the instructions above.
