IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do not deliver to islands within or outside Europe, except for the Balearic Islands.

For bulky items such as bonnets, engines, wings or oversized parts, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Estimated delivery dates, which open in a new window or tab, take into account the seller’s handling time, the origin postcode, the destination postcode and the order acceptance time.

They also depend on the selected shipping service and receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Shipping rates apply throughout mainland Spain. For deliveries to islands or other countries, please contact us.

If the customer does not select the correct shipping charge, the order will be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS

To return an item, please note the following conditions:

The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. It must not have been fitted to a vehicle or altered, and its warranty seals must remain intact.

Do not use the part’s original packaging as the outer shipping box. Do not attach the shipping label directly to the part’s original box, as this may cause our company to reject the return.

A refund may be refused if the returned part is incomplete or damaged, or if its packaging is in poor condition.

If the product does not match what was ordered or is defective, it is covered by this guarantee.

Once we have received the goods at our warehouse and confirmed that all the above conditions have been met, campinasur will accept the return and issue a refund using the original payment method or, where applicable, send a replacement.
