Please note that couriers require someone to be present to sign for all parcels. If no one is available for the parcel, the carrier will leave a card notifying you of the failed delivery attempt.

If you receive a parcel with signs of tampering or damage, please sign as “damaged”.



All pallet deliveries will be made Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30.

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the goods, as a failed delivery will mean either that you will need to collect the item yourself or pay a redelivery fee. Redelivery fees must be paid before delivery.

The carrier will attempt delivery again on the next working day between 8:30 and 17:30.

Please check the condition before signing. By signing for any item, you are accepting that the item is in good condition. This is important because the carrier accepts no responsibility once the item has been signed for.

If the driver does not allow you to inspect the item or remove the packaging, please sign for the item as DAMAGED and write this next to your signature.



We offer a 30-day return on all our items. All returned parts must be clean, free of fluids, and properly packaged to avoid damage. We do not cover labour costs. No refund/credit is given for electrical components or parts that have been altered. Faulty/incorrect parts will be replaced.

If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Warranties cover parts only and do not cover any labour costs involved in fitting/removing our parts.

The warranty will only apply if the parts are fitted by a recognized independent specialist or an approved dealer. No parts are accepted for refunds/exchanges/credits after 90 days.

After payment is received, all parts are securely packed and sent via a reputable carrier that can be tracked online. The invoice must be included with any return.

All returned parts must be clean, free of fluids, and well packaged to prevent damage.

Correctly supplied parts that are then returned are subject to a 30% handling fee.



Warranties cover parts only and apply only if the parts are fitted by a recognized independent specialist or an approved dealer.

All parts, wherever possible, are rigorously tested in-house and we offer a 90-day warranty for “mechanical” parts and a 12-month warranty for “panels”.



This covers our parts only in the event of malfunction. We cannot accept parts for return if they were purchased incorrectly.

We do not cover return shipping costs for any reason.

We do not cover any labour costs related to fitting or removing parts.

All our items are security marked for identification purposes.
