Delivery times for France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, and the United Kingdom are 4/5 working days, counted from the time the carrier picks up the shipment. For shipments to other European countries, delivery times are 5-8 working days. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 5 days of receipt. Any communication after the above deadlines will not be taken into consideration. RDC offers its customers an easy and fast return process, freeing the customer from the steps involved in returning purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract.

The Return Service is optional and paid. This amount will be deducted from the refund value for the returned item(s). If the return is due to the supplier, the use of the Return Service is free of charge.

All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for conformity defects, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose, and professionally installed. In the event that, due to a simple clerical error, a product different from the one ordered and purchased has been delivered, you will be entitled to a replacement product, provided that you report the problem no later than five days from receipt of that same product.
