The Return Service is an optional and paid service. This amount will be deducted from the refund value for the returned item or items. If the reason for the return is attributable to the supplier, using the Return Service is free of charge. All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for conformity defects, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use, and installed professionally.

In case of a simple material error, if a different product has been delivered than the one that was ordered and purchased, you will have the right to obtain a replacement of the product, provided that you communicate the issue no later than five days from the receipt of the said product.
