To accept a claim, we require proof that the work was carried out in an official workshop with the necessary equipment.
Upon delivery, and in the event of external damage, check the condition of the packaging. If the package is damaged, two options are possible.
Refuse the package due to the damage observed.
Accept the delivery by writing “Damaged package” on the delivery note and immediately check the condition of the product for any damage.
DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING.
In both cases, you must contact us within a maximum of 24 hours.
DESGUACES VELÁZQUEZ will not be responsible for transport damage if the customer does not note on the carrier’s delivery slip that the package is damaged or does not follow the instructions above.
If the customer accepts the damaged package without reporting it on the carrier’s slip and does not inform us of the damage within 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to cover the cost of the damaged product and no claim may be made against DESGUACES VELÁZQUEZ.
All our items come with a warranty of up to 1 year, with a minimum warranty of 3 months, provided that installation is carried out by qualified personnel in an authorized workshop for this type of work and in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions and specifications, which must be proven with an invoice.
The customer agrees to immediately inform Desguaces Velázquez of any defect or error found in the replacement part as soon as they become aware of it.
