Delivery times for France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, and the United Kingdom are 4/5 business days, counted from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier. For shipments to other European countries, delivery times are 5-8 business days.

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 5 days of receipt. Any communication after the above deadlines will not be taken into consideration.

RDC offers its customers a quick and easy return process, which relieves the customer of the procedures related to returning purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract.

The Return Service is optional and subject to a fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund value for the returned item(s).

If the reason for the return is attributable to the supplier, the use of the Return Service is free of charge.

All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for conformity defects, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose, and professionally installed.

If, due to a simple material error, a product different from the one ordered and purchased has been delivered, you will have the right to receive a replacement product, provided that you report the problem no later than five days from receipt of that product.
