For large parts such as hoods, engines, fenders, or oversized parts, please check shipping costs. For orders to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, additional shipping charges apply.

No international shipping is made to the islands. If the customer does not select the correct shipping costs, the order will be canceled.

IMPORTANT: If you need an invoice in the name of your company or as an individual, please provide all your tax details, including the CIF or DNI; otherwise, the invoice will be issued as a receipt or simplified invoice and cannot be changed later.

General return conditions of RECICLADOS AUTO4, SL, hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY.

Shipping and return costs in the event of a return will be your responsibility.
THE COMPANY offers its customers, except for control units or electronic components, a minimum one-year warranty in accordance with what is accepted in warranty books according to the type of material, in compliance with Legislative Decree 1/2007. In the event of a failure during the warranty period, you must notify THE COMPANY and return the warranted item, which will evaluate the part and proceed with its replacement or refund.

If the part is not defective, a store credit of the same value will be issued, redeemable for stock parts. The warranty does not cover labor, defects, damage caused by a failure of the part, improper installation, or failure to follow the maintenance instructions indicated by the manufacturer.

All spare parts have a maximum return period of 7 days, provided they have not been handled and are accompanied by the proof of purchase invoice. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

The party responsible for disposing of used packaging waste for proper environmental management will be the final holder, in accordance with Article 18 of RD 782/98, implementing Law 11/97 on packaging and packaging waste.

To make this return, you should know that:
The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
The product must not have been handled and must retain its warranty seals.
The product must not have been installed on the vehicle.
You may not use the spare part packaging as a postal parcel.

Do not stick the shipping label directly onto the spare part box, as our company may refuse the product.
Depending on the condition of the returned spare part, if it is incomplete, damaged, or the packaging is in poor condition, the refund may be refused.
Of course, if the product was not the one requested or if it has a defect, this warranty applies.

Once the goods are received at our warehouses and it is verified that all the above conditions are met, THE COMPANY will accept the return of the product and proceed with a refund according to the payment method used and, where applicable, send the new product.
